Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000
A very successful and longstanding Managed Service Provider is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer at a Tier I level to join their team ASAP. They need somebody ideally with a year or two's experience that is eager to learn and further develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is the ideal position for the right aspiring IT Professional to further their career and technical abilities within a business that truly cares for its employees' wellbeing, personal development, and growth.
Duties include:
* General day-to-day support of customers' technical issues and ticket resolution via the Help Desk
* Supporting small, medium, and enterprise-sized firms across multiple industries
* Involvement in project work including rollouts and upgrades
* Documentation and resolution of repeat issues
* Technical research for client solutions
* Partaking in technical training and personal development sessions
Technical Skills:
* Windows Server 2016 - 2022 administration
* Windows 10/11 Desktop OS
* Active Directory and Group Policy
* Network Troubleshooting
* Firewalls (desirable)
* Linux (desirable)
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* MSP experience is desirable
