IT Support Specialist - Fairfax, VA - $70-80K (+additional $40K in benefits)

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Clearance: TS/SCI Required. Or TS with eligibility for SCI
This corporation sits within a multi-billion-dollar organization which operates on a global scale and employs over 100,000 people worldwide. They are a leading provider to the Intelligence and Defense communities within the US, servicing their clients through contracts which have already been in place for over 30 years, continuing.
They are very well-established yet also undergoing continuous growth, hence their need for the full-time addition of an IT Support Specialist to be based at their Fairfax, VA HQ.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to their client base consisting predominantly of US Government entities including the US DoD, TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS NECESSARY.
They need someone to help support their internal user base and IT systems. You will be the initial point of contact in helping to resolve all technical issues both remotely via the service desk and desk side. Alongside these duties, you will also be involved in project tasks when there are requirements for new rollouts, upgrade, or migration work.

* DOD 8570 Certification is required. CompTIA Security+ / Network+ preferred
