Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Downtown Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3 day in office each week)
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 + Amazing Benefits (DOE looking for technicians at all levels)
Interview Process: 3 Stage (Technical and HR conversation, should be completed within 1 week)
A long-standing multinational financial advisor firm which has been established for over 20 years, is currently expanding and on the lookout for IT Support Technicians of all levels to join its IT team.
If you are someone with previous helpdesk experience, and would like to be involved with major projects, this role is for you! You will have plenty of opportunities to have leadership experience in deploying new technologies, taking charge of cloud migrations, and automating system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
The role will see the successful candidate's providing support for 3 offices across Boston, New York and Philadelphia. Most of the role will take place from the Boston office or remotely, but there is also the opportunity to travel to these new sites when necessary. You will have a UK counterpart team to assist you with anything tier 3 and up!
Experience with the following is required:
- Previous Helpdesk experience
- Windows OS 8-10
- Office 365
- Azure or AWS
- Previous experience in the Finance industry
