IT Trainer - (Hybrid)
Position: IT Trainer
Location: Worcester, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
A prestigious organization that has been established for well over 100 years, is looking for a driven IT Technology Training Specialist to become a valuable member of their IT team. This opportunity is a chance to sharpen your interpersonal skills with hands-on involvement with end-users and IT professionals. You will help ensure they get the most out of the technologies they utilize daily. It will also allow you to show your leadership abilities by creating, planning, and managing informational training sessions.
Duties:
- Conduct online and in-person training
- Create and lead informational sessions
- Provide support to IT professionals and end-users
- Lead and mentor faculty and staff
Key Skills:
- Overall Communication Skills (Oral/Written)
- Windows 10/11 and macOS imaging and support
- Microsoft 365
- Office 365
- Google Suites
- Cybersecurity Basics
- WordPress or other CMS
