Position: Support Associate (FTH)
Location: South Manhattan, New York, NY (fully onsite)
Salary Range: $65,000 -$70,000 (With end of year bonus)
I am currently working with a very exciting international MSP, that have been supporting various companies across the globe! To assist in their search for a Support Associate. This is a full time salaried position, with an incredible bonus structure!
This role requires a proactive, client facing support associate to assist in the ticket management of the Service Desk, and to provide excellent customer service to external businesses.
The role will be mostly based out of their modern offices in downtown Manhattan, with travel for onsite support, for their clients based around Manhattan.
This is an immediate requirement, with only 2 interview stages aiming to be completed within the week. This includes a short screening teams call, and a technical interview conducted over teams.
This client also has an extensive benefits package which includes full healthcare cover, 401K match up to 5% and 3 weeks PTO, to grow to 4 after 1 year of service. They also provide a great end of year bonus tied to company and personal performance (OTE 15%)
The initial salary budget for the position is between $65,000 -$70,000 (DOE) but could stretch for the right candidate.
This role requires the successful candidate to have 3 years of prior experience working within an MSP customer facing role.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with the following:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Previous 1st/2nd tier support for both remote and onsite
- Prior MSP experience
